Salesforce Integration

‍We're excited to launch our new Salesforce integration – Today we are releasing a deep integration with Salesforce, unlocking range of automated workflows across Sales and Finance. You can now create Sequence customers, configure pricing, launch the Sequence quote builder and see up-to-date invoices and billing schedule details – all from within Salesforce.

What’s new?

• Install our Salesforce managed package to get access to a rich data model of Sequence objects, and custom Apex classes to intearct with the Sequence API
• Add billing schedules and invoices objects to your Salesforce accounts and opportunities to give real-time visibility of billing and usage data to your Sales reps.
• Leverage the full power of Salesforce flow to define custom workflows starting in Salesforce and ending Sequence.

For example:

• Create a new customer in Sequence with contact details when an opportunity reaches a target stage
• Create a billing schedule for the new customer from the set of products linked to the opportunity
• And any variation of the above based on your custom Salesforce environment and business logic
• If you use Sequence CPQ, you can now create Sequence quotes directly from a Salesforce opportunity. When the quote is published, it automatically syncs back to Salesforce
